I work as a Senior Consultant with more than 19 years’ experience of working nationally and internationally industry with involved many various project and health safety professionals, such as upstream, midstream and downstream projects, that is within the budget and successfully. Developing scheduled maintenance plans to provide an acceptable level of risk, in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Managing changes to the cost baseline throughout project management plan, performance review, and variance analysis and work performance measurements, also projects control such as scheduling, inventory, contractual with contractor and risk management,
Kamose MOPU Project Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up (EPCCS Project). The Kamose Development project consists of an entirely new infrastructure comprising an offshore wellhead platform, with process and utilities support systems on a bridge linked jack-up barge (MOPU) and a submarine pipeline tied back to the existing sea line through a hot tap connection. The MOPU is to be permanently manned with a minimum crew to support barge maintenance and operations only. Production operations will be undertaken remotely from onshore, with a visiting crew for production system maintenance. Built Value $ 40 Million US Dollars.
Duties include responsible:
ü Represent the EPCCS client in all the bidding, tendering, and pre-award activities
ü Represent the EPCCS client consortium in the executing of all Engineering, Procurement, offshore installation and/or commissioning activities/phases.
ü Supervise the multidiscipline engineering activities taking place among the different disciplines/subcontractors.
o Assess, review and approve issued documents.
o Follow up and coordinate the client comments and their resolution.
ü Assure proper integration of client requirements within project budget, scope and schedule.
ü Assist the CEO & Chief Projects in all the day to day activities; act as DPM.
ü Ensure that the HSE principles and practices are applied and within the International and/or EGYPTIAN laws/standards.
ü Amal new Platform “C” & related Offshore Works, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Start-up (EPCCS Project), Built Value $ 74 Million US Dollars. The project scope is to install new offshore platform “PFM-C” in Gulf of Suez in a water depth of 23 m, adjacent to the existing platform PFM-B. In addition to lay a 10″ * 1.3 km Pipeline from the new platform to the existing platform “Amal-A” (water depths vary from 16m to 26m). Other required related topside modifications on both existing platforms A & B are included in the project scope. Responsible for developing all Engineering design scope of work, Piping, civil, E&I, Mechanical and telecommunication design basis, engineering deliverables, for inclusion in FEED and EPIC Tender, in coordination with Lead civil engineer to achieve a cost effective design.
ü Working in matrix organization to support Project Services department as well as area project managers.

ü Developing various deliverables such as Level 1, 2 schedule, schedule basis, manpower histograms during Pre-PAR & full PAR approval process

ü Completed various What If Analysis on Schedule as per the requirement of Project Management Team

ü Works with Operations Manager to ensure proper coordination of work and Control of Work (CoW).

ü Burullus Compressor Project (Phase VII). Built Value $ 1,200 Million. Duties include:
ü Assisting the Project Manager in the development and monitoring of the Company’s Management System (review of quality control procedures, quality control records) in coordination with the QA Manager.
